After a surprise "health thing" encouraged me to reevaluate my relationship with work, spirituality, and my Self, I reorganized my life to CENTER around as much JOY as possible.
I became a certified Akashic Record Consultant, Reiki Master, meditation and breathwork coach, and yoga instructor (E-RYT® 200, YACEP®) so I could use a variety of modalities of energy and healing to work with myself and others.
