What
is it like?
Imagine
that as I open up your records, we enter through the doors of a
beautiful library together. In this library, all the information of
your Soul Story is stored. You are in charge of what books or chapters
of your Soul Story we will explore. Through the questions that you ask,
you point me to the appropriate section, shelf, book, chapter, page or
paragraph that will answer your questions. You can start me on the
search by simply pointing me to a general area, e.g., “Tell me about my
relationship with my partner, my child, my job, my body, etc.” Or you
ask a specific question to get us focused straight away.
We will
only review the pages of your Soul Story that relate to what you are
ready to explore and understand. I am not able to look at information
that you do not wish to explore or ask about. I cannot see or feel any
thoughts, feelings or actions that you consider to be too private or
personal – unless you wish to explore them and perhaps release the pain
associated with that area of your life.
Once we
are in your Soul Story, the questions that really intrigue or bother you
normally may become less relevant. This is because your own
consciousness is expanded when we go to this place. However, other
questions may become more pressing. Be open to what feels important to
you once we are in your Soul Story, as that will guide you to the best
areas for exploration.
